Responsibilities: Functions as the lead planner for the Heliophysics Projects Division - Code 410/460. Individual is responsible for developing, maintaining, analyzing and controlling integrated master schedules for individual missions/projects within the division as well as division level master schedules. Schedules may include in-house work at Goddard, work being performed by universities and/or other contractors. MIS Specialist (REQ #PA08-06-25)

Configuration Management Specialist (REQ #PA08-05-24)

Responsibilities: Develop and implement procedures, plans, forms for the identification, control, auditing and status accounting of all Configuration Management for the JWST Project in accordance with the GSFC ISO/Quality Management System. Systems Engineer, Ground Systems Test (REQ #MT08-04-24)

Responsibilities: The role will support system level testing activities of NASA Mission Systems with a particular focus on ground system science data processing. Responsibilities: To provide support in the areas of configuration management and engineering data management to insure that engineering change notices/proposals, deviations, waivers, drawings, drawing change orders, and drawing revisions are properly managed, and addressed. Chief Information Officer (REQ #08-04-09)

Full time, exempt

Location: Greenbelt, Maryland

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will focus on optimizing the corporation’s information management system architecture with a focus on creating cost effective information processing methodologies and providing timely access to the business information required for informed decision making. In SGT’s dynamic growth environment the majority of the focus must be on a 12 months horizon while still having, and working toward a long term enterprise vision.

The primary duties of the CIO include:
• Being responsible for the enterprise architecture for all information processing systems (data and telephonic) and developing of the growth plan for ensuring that all processes are cost effectively integrated and that the architecture stays agile and ahead of the corporation’s 50% annual growth rate
• Working with SGT’s Senior Staff to understand and optimize all corporate business systems with a focus on seamless automated information flow between applications
• Being responsible for ensuring the security, integration and the availability of all corporate information management systems independent of location. This includes the phone systems; the MIS infrastructure (servers and user equipment) and all corporate level data applications such as Deltek, VPC, HRIS, and SharePoint portals.
• Directing the selection, development, and implantation of new enterprise wide information services
• Serving as the single point of responsibility for the development of the annual Operating Plan for the CIO’s office and managing the staff and budget associated with all information (data and telephonic) development projects and sustainment efforts supporting the corporations nationwide user base.
• Developing, maintain and implement the corporate IT Security policy that meets the requirement of the federal government customers, as well as laws and guidelines related to privacy of personal information.
• Managing all user licenses for all software products

Requirements: The successful candidate must meet the following requirements
• Proven track record for maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Working knowledge of business systems (financial, purchasing and human resources)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong consensus building skills
• Strong ability to translate user requirements into system implementations
• Ability to improve/streamline operations through the transparent utilization of available technology
• Ability to develop system solutions backed by solid business case analyses and to articulate the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed options to end users.
• Familiar with industry and Government Best Practices for IT Security such as HSPD-12
• Ability to be flexible and work within a very dynamic business environment (annual growth rates in excess of 50%.)
• Experience developing IT budget
• Experience developing processes and technology to integrate diverse off-the-shelf software systems.

The following would be considered a plus
o Knowledge of Deltek, CyberRecruiter, or World Travel

Education and Experience: The successful candidate must have the following education and experience:
• BS degree in an applicable discipline
• 10 years of business process/system integration experience in a $100M enterprise
• 5 plus years of management experience with responsibility for budget greater that $1M and associated staff
• Experience developing and maintaining a geographically dispersed Microsoft environment supporting greater than 1,000 users.

The following education and experience would be considered a plus
o Advanced degree
o Business degree
o Experience with sizable (greater than 250 people) IDIQ/Task Order contract transitions
