The Information Technology Acquisition Center within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Procurement Operations has established DHS department-wide contracts for information technology support services under the program name Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) II. EAGLE II is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) task order contract that provides a full range of IT services, technical management expertise and solution related products to support DHS in achieving its mission goals. EAGLE II is a DHS exclusive contract available to all DHS components—CBP, ICE, USSS, CIO, USCG, FEMA, TSA, FLETC and USCIS.

Scope:  EAGLE II offers a wide range of IT service solutions for DHS through three comprehensive functional service categories (FC). DHS awarded SGT a contract to provide services in Functional Category (FC) 1, Unrestricted Track (UNR) – Service Delivery. FC-1 UNR – Service Delivery provides for a full range of systems and solutions in support of the development, implementation and maintenance of technology to support the DHS mission and business functions throughout the entire lifecycle of a program. FC-1 UNR – Service Delivery includes the following services:

Quality Assurance Program

Leveraging SGT corporate ISO and CMMI accreditations/certifications and corresponding best practices, our Quality Assurance Program includes contractual/business-related processes, technical processes, and teaming-related processes especially regarding small business participation on EAGLE II task orders.

The Quality Assurance Program for EAGLE II includes a security focused Quality Management System delivered for DHS based on SGT corporate ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100:2016 as well as 20001-1:2011 certifications and processes and CMMI-DEV and CMMI-SVC v1.3 Maturity Level 5-appraised processes.

Our practice is to integrate quality assurance and control activities into our contract functions and to focus on early detection and prevention, with a goal of identifying and resolving potential deficiencies before they impact contract performance.

By implementing an institutionalized, standards-based Quality Assurance Program, we enable EAGLE II program and task order performance objectives over the program life – focusing on metrics and measurements to track quality of work products and service delivery based on continuous process improvement.
